More Garrett and wittle Erin. Cus' I wanted to.

Okay, actually this was a long time coming. She's probably getting a bit sick of me fangirling over her work, but 's art is just that moving for me! Her Garrett and wittle Erin works inspired me to try drawing them for myself, back in the day, ha...(also the one who helped me pad out the father/daughter relationship they have in my Thief fanfic "Stealth and Witchcraft").

I'm not nearly as good at art as she is, but I think I got the feels in there still ^.^ If you liked this, you should really go check out her page; her Thief art is incredible and enchanting, as are all of the other beautiful pieces she's created

Anyway, now that I actually feel like talking about the picture:

I decided on a steampunk dress for Erin, just always thought she'd look good in blue She found an old ratty umbrella...somewhere...the trash, I don't know. It has holes in it, but it still helps keep the wet off better than nothin' ^.^ Also, she has a stuffed puppy, because I like to think that like most kids, (I have three, I should know ) she wanted a pet at some point (specifically a dog, Erin strikes me as too headstrong and rambunctious to want a cat. Owning a feline requires finesse and patience ), but Garrett obviously wouldn't have any of it. A thief would hate dogs, right? That's kinda one of the main reasons people have them....So, long story short, she has a plushie dog instead, and she carries it everywhere ^.^

Geez...I feel a one-shot coming on...noooo, fangirling again augh! Oops, too late: Aftermath Cp.1Erin had been living with Garrett for about a month now. The young girl was still getting used the dramatic changes that had recently turned her world upside down. Although she had accepted her new life with this strange man, like any young child, she was still nervous around him, and disheartened in general.
She had no toys to speak of. The few she had stolen from Lord Bafford's kids had been left behind when the demonic stone guardians had ravished the servants quarters of the Bafford Manor. In fact, ALL of her belongings had been left there. The young girl didn't even have adequate clothing to speak of, and she still was far to nervous to bathe in the home of a man she knew so little about.
He hadn't done anything to her, and she sincerely doubted he wished her any ill will. But still...
